Answer- There are two ways to submit your session ideas for HRS2026:
- Submit a full session proposal with details including learning objectives, session chairs, presentation titles, and speaker names.
- Submit general topic suggestions (and let the Program Committee build out the session).

Answer- No. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or place your name on any kind of waiting list.
